The
primary machinery being rebuilt is motor winding equipment for the electric
motor industry. There is a full machine shop available from a CNC vertical
machining center, milling machines, lathes, grinders, paint shop, and
a complete electrical department including a controls department. The
mechanical department is capable of designing or detailing existing parts
for manufacture. The shop can handle most any equipment rebuilding as
well as new equipment assembly.
New control systems can
be designed installed and de-bugged utilizing the following components.
This would include a new electrical Panel and all components.
· Yaskawa, Allen-Bradley,
or other servo systems.
· QuickPanel, Panelview, PanelMate, or Maples Operator Interfaces.
· Allen-Bradley, Omron, or Siemens PLC controllers.
· Allen-Bradley, Kebco, or Toshiba Variable Frequency Drives.
· Banner or Allen-Bradley Photo Sensors and Proximity Switches.
