electrician, worked in Customer Service, servicing and installing
equipment in the U.S. and South America. 5 years as a Controls Engineer
for AMT, and 16 years as Plant Manager of SouthWest
AMT.

Janice Herbst
Jan has 16 years experience with SouthWest AMT. Her responsibilities
include Receptionist, Accounting, Invoicing, and all of the office
related duties. Jan along with Dennis started and organized SouthWest
AMT in 1994.

Tom Fish
Tom has 22 years experience in the motor winding business.
9 years at AMT and 13 years at SouthWest AMT. Tom started
at AMT as an electrician and ended up as a Service Engineer servicing
and installing equipment in the U.S. Mexico, and Europe. Tom
joined SouthWest AMT in February of 1997. Tom designs controls
and still services AMT and SouthWest AMT equipment.
