SouthWest AMT has the facilities, equipment and
engineering to rebuild almost any type of machinery or
equipment.
Currently we are rebuilding
electric motor winding equipment. This includes Emerson TT winders,
GE/RBC Mark 1, 2 & 3 winders, Arbor winders, Jump coil winders,
Inslot winders, and we can manufacture new or rebuild the complete
line of Industra winders.
With our engineering and controls
groups, we can rebuild, sub assemble, assemble machinery or manufacture
parts from prints.
If you are not able to meet your customer's delivery of machinery
or if your customers need some equipment rebuilt and you don't
have the time or facilities to perform this for them, please
contact us for information on how we may help you.
We utilize AutoCAD 2000 for
all of our drafting needs. We can convert CAD drawings for our
CNC Machining Center. We have a full line machine shop. We take
photos of each piece of machinery before it is disassembled.
Then the equipment is cleaned, sand blasted and repainted to
your color specs. New bearings, bushings, motors, air systems
and controls are used to transform your old equipment into a
like new piece of equipment. The controls will be designed to
your specifications.
